Dallas Turner’s hit on Jayden Daniels in Alabama’s 42-28 win over LSU has cooked up a lot of conversation.
Some have called the hit ‘dirty’ while others have come to the defense of the Alabama outside linebacker. The Crimson Tide’s starting quarterback Jalen Milroe recently gave his thoughts on the hit.
“Football is made to be physical,” said Milroe. “Shoot, I got hit a couple of times, looked at the ref like, ‘You ain’t gonna call nothing?’ So, that’s football. You’ve got to get up, you’ve got to look at the next play because I’m glad that wasn’t me on the field. I’ll tell you that.”
Milroe will look to stay upright and continue his trend of impressive performances for the Tide on the road against Kentucky with a chance to clinch the SEC West.
