Alabama football is projected to play in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl against the Oregon Ducks in CBS Sports’ Jerry Palm’s latest bowl projections.
The Crimson Tide is currently ranked No. 8 in the College Football Playoff Rankings. The Ducks are ranked No. 6. Both programs are fighting for an opportunity to play in the playoff.
Palm has Georgia, Michigan, Texas and Florida State playing in the College Football Playoff in his latest projection.
