Bryce Young needs a new head coach with Frank Reich gone.

The No. 1 overall pick of the NFL Draft has had a tough rookie season. He guided the Carolina Panthers to one win, but it has been frustrating. Carolina’s front office likes Young; however, it did not feel like Reich was the right head coach.

Young, a former Alabama quarterback, has nine touchdowns to eight interceptions this season. He has had good moments, but he needs help around him on the offensive line and wide receiver. Young needs an elite offensive mind to coach him

No one knows who the Panthers will get to replace Reich, but it needs to help Young.
