Alabama football has six players in the NCAA transfer portal, but only one is staying with the team until the end of the College Football Playoff.
Elijah Pritchett, a former four-star offensive lineman from the 2022 class, is the latest name in the portal. A native Georgian, Pritchett was one of the top offensive tackles in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
The 6-foot-6, 312-pounder has played in 15 career games, including 13 this season. He shared responsibilities at left tackle with true freshman, Kadyn Proctor. Pritchett, a redshirt freshman, has a lot of potential at a critical position for the Tide.
He joins Isaiah Hastings, Anquin Barnes Jr., Ja’Corey Brooks, and Thaiu Jones-Bell as someone immediately looking for a new team. Brooks, a former four-star wide receiver from the 2021 class, has committed to the University of Louisville.
