Zabien Brown has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of Alabama.
Brown is a product of Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California. He garners a four-star rating from most recruiting sites, and he is currently in Tuscaloosa, participating in Rose Bowl prep with the Crimson Tide.
The California product chose to sign with Alabama over USC and others.
At 6-foot-1, Brown is a long defensive back, who is projected to be a cornerback at the next level. He displays great coverage skills with his ability to stay square in coverage and break on the football with impressive speed. He is also an effective tackler in space, who consistently gets lower than the ball carrier.
