Kirkpatrick is a 2024 defensive back out Gadsden City High School in Alabama, and he garners a three-star rating from multiple recruiting sites. He is the son of former Alabama defensive back, Dre Kirkpatrick, who played for the Crimson Tide from 2009 to 2011.
The in-state prospects is projected to be a defensive back at the next level. At 6-foot and 190 pounds, he is a scrappy defender, who roams around the secondary, jumping at every opportunity to create a turnover.
