Nick Saban has a successful track record of wide receivers dominating in the National Football League.

Julio Jones started everything in 2010, but Amari Cooper, Calvin Ridley, Jerry Jeudy, Jaylen Waddle, and Jameson Williams have followed suit.

Waddle, a former first-round selection, has become a superstar for the Miami Dolphins.

He came to the Dolphins in its 2021 NFL Draft class. Waddle caught one pass on Sunday versus the Dallas Cowboys, but it went for 50 yards.

He assisted the Dolphins to a 22-20 victory over the Cowboys, but he accomplished his third straight 1,000-yard season. Waddle has 72 catches for 1,014 receiving yards and four touchdowns. He set a franchise record, becoming the first wide receiver in Dolphins history to post three straight 1,000-yard seasons.

Waddle has Miami in the playoffs at 11-4.
