Alabama football looking to add more offensive linemen

Nick Saban runs onto the field against USF

Alabama football is not done adding offensive linemen to its roster for the next football season.

The Crimson Tide signed three offensive linemen Wednesday on National Signing Day. They made a push to add another lineman to this group during the early signing period but were unable to do so.

Nick Saban is optimistic about this group, but he also wants to add more talent along the Tide’s offensive front.

“Those are guys that we think have a lot of ability,” Saban said. “We know a lot about them. We had them in camp. We’re excited about having them here. We think they can develop into good prospects and good players. I still think we’re kind of out there in the market looking for some more of those kind of guys, offensive linemen, just from a numbers standpoint and from a quality experience standpoint. We’re excited to have them, and we’re still out there, looking to try to add some people at that position.”

Alabama will most likely lose multiple linemen at the conclusion of this season, so depth at the position would be welcomed.
