Alabama defensive back Kool-Aid McKinstry is planning on entering the 2024 NFL Draft according to a report from ESPN’s Chris Low.
Alabama CBs Kool-Aid McKinstry and Terrion Arnold plan to enter the 2024 NFL draft and won’t return to the Crimson Tide next season, sources tell ESPN. However, starting LB Deontae Lawson and starting DB Malachi Moore have told coaches they plan to return.

In his final season with the Crimson Tide, McKinstry recorded 32 total tackles with seven pass deflections.
He is also expected to be one of the top defensive backs selected in this upcoming draft.
McKinstry arrived at Alabama as a five-star recruit in the 2021 recruiting class out of Pinson Valley, and has been a top contributor in Nick Saban’s secondary since the start of his career.
