Jase McClellan posted to Instagram he is moving on from Alabama and declaring for the NFL Draft on Tuesday.
McClellan was the Crimson Tide’s starting running back for the majority of the 2023 season. He finished the year with 890 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns on 180 carries. The former four-star rushed for more than 100 yards twice.
With McClellan moving on to the NFL and Roydell Williams entering the transfer portal, Alabama will lean on some new faces next season out of the backfield.
