Kalen DeBoer is ushering in a new era for the University of Alabama football program, but it is still a program that wants excellence on defense.

The conversation between Travaris Robinson or Glenn Schumann as a defensive coordinator is interesting; however, a four-star signee on the defensive line is putting in work before spring practice starts. Jeremiah Beaman, an alumnus of Parker High School in Birmingham, Ala., is about action. He is training with Coach Leonard Stephens of Step By Step Performance in Birmingham.

Beaman is crafting pass-rush moves, edge-bending techniques, and converting speed to power.

The 6-foot-4, 265-pounder is a high character athlete. He could have went anywhere in the nation, but the in-state product decided the Crimson Tide was the place for him. He is excited to make a name for himself as a potential impact player.

Beaman has a chance to be a star if he can turn heads this offseason.
