Amos spent one season at Alabama after transferring from Louisianna-Lafayette and served as a key member of its secondary filling in the rotation alongside Terrion Arnold and Kool-Aid McKinstry. He appeared in all 14 games for the Crimson Tide recording 12 total tackles and five pass breakups.
With both Arnold and McKinstry moving onto the NFL, Amos was expected to be a starter this upcoming year at cornerback, but following the retirement of Nick Saban, he became one of several members of the team to take their football journeys elsewhere on the portal.
