Five-star quarterback Julian Sayin became the latest former Alabama player to find a new home on Sunday when it was reported that Sayin had transferred to Ohio State.
Sayin is just one of 25 former members of the Crimson Tide to hit the transfer portal following Jan. 1, but is amongst highest highest-profile recruits to depart Alabama since the retirement of head coach Nick Saban.
Shortly after the reports of his commitment to join the Buckeyes, Alabama fans shared several reactions to the news.
A few reactions can be seen below:
Ouch! No more Bama Super Sayin. It hurts however The Tide will still Roll. He will miss out on this octane offense that’s about to come!

At least he isn’t in the SEC.

Just curious…I was really looking forward to him. Did he think he wouldn’t get a shot? Did he feel like Deboer wasn’t going to be fair?
Milroe, Ty, etc we’re already there, did Mack scare him?
Good luck to him! He looks great.
But “we’re going to win with or without you”! RTR— Seventh Sojourn (@304_850) January 21, 2024
