Jamin Brown is continuing to take steps forward as an offensive lineman prospect with his recruitment trending upwards.
Brown attends Southside in Gadsden Alabama, and he is currently committed to Baylor. He holds five offers with offers from Kentucky, Baylor and Southern Miss. A group of SEC schools are showing interest in the Alabama product.
“Mississippi State for sure is one of those, Alabama and Arkansas,” Brown said. “Those are the three that have been showing me probably the most interest.”
The junior is looking to visit multiple programs this spring.
“I have Baylor in the spring,” said Brown. “I’m going to go to Mississippi State for sure. I plan on getting to Alabama, but I just don’t have a date for that yet.”
Alabama’s new offensive line coach Chris Kapolovic recruited Brown when he was at Baylor.
Brown currently has high hopes for Alabama’s future under its new staff.
“I think that Alabama staff is going to win,” Brown told Touchdown Alabama. “They’re going to keep the standard. I don’t think anything’s going to change. I think Alabama is going to be Alabama.”
