His cutting-edge mindset in strength and conditioning propelled the Crimson Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2020 and three Southeastern Conference Championships in 2020, 2021, and 2023. The players love the motivation, work ethic, encouragement, and excellence Ballou instills in them. He celebrated his birthday on Thursday as the players gave him the highest honor. They brought him to the pool inside the workout facility and dumped him in it.
Several players such as Malachi Moore, Jeremiah Beaman, Jihaad Campbell, and Jaylen Mbakwe captured it on video.
