He battled injuries during his collegiate career, but the native Texan puts that behind him.

He helped the Crimson Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship as a freshman, recording two rushing touchdowns. McClellan bounced back from an injury in 2021 to post seven rushing scores and three touchdown catches in 2022.
The 5-foot-11, 212-pounder had his best campaign last year with 890 yards rushing (team-high) and eight scores.
McClellan arrived Tuesday at Lucas Oil Stadium for the NFL Scouting Combine. After declaring for the NFL Draft, he made his choice to compete in the Combine and show he’s one of the best at his position. On-field workouts for running backs will begin Saturday, March 2 on NFL Network. McClellan will have an opportunity to show pro teams how valuable he is to an NFL roster.
He had 24 total touchdowns — 18 rushing, six receiving — in his time at Alabama, but McClellan is hungry for more.
He left the Crimson Tide with a CFP National Championship ring and three SEC Championship rings. McClellan now eyes a moment to increase his draft stock. Alabama fans look forward to watching him excel this week at the NFL Combine.
