Veteran Alabama players, transfers receive new numbers to start spring practice

Alabama football will have veteran players and transfer guys rocking new numbers for spring practice.

According to the team’s website, several players will don a new number and Crimson Tide fans need to be prepared.

Alabama has its first spring practice Monday and head coach Kalen DeBoer speaks afterwards at 5:30 p.m. CT.

The new numbers for veteran players and guys from the transfer portal are below.

-LB Deontae Lawson: No. 0, formerly No. 32

-DB Domani Jackson (transfer from USC): No. 1

-DB Keon Sabb (transfer from Michigan): No. 3

-WR Germie Bernard (transfer from Washington): No. 5

-QB Austin Mack (transfer from Washington): No. 10

-DL Jehiem, formerly “Jaheim,” Oatis: No. 10, formerly No. 91

-LB Jihaad Campbell: No. 11, formerly No. 30

-DL Jah-Marien Latham: No. 20, formerly No. 93

-DL LT Overton (transfer from Texas A&M): No. 22

-OL Naquil Betrand (transfer from Texas A&M): No. 65

-OL Parker Brailsford (transfer from Washington): No. 72

-TE Josh Cuevas (transfer from Washington): No. 80
