5-Star DL returning to visit Alabama this week

Bryce Perry-Wright will be back in Tuscaloosa Friday after visiting the Crimson Tide in February.

Perry-Wright attends Buford High School in Buford, Georgia, and he is a 2026 five-star recruit. His offer list includes offers from some of the nation’s top programs, including Alabama, Ohio State, Texas and others. He will get an opportunity to watch Alabama practice during his Friday visit.

“It’s always a blessing, just knowing the culture and the past history they have,” Perry-Wright recently told Touchdown Alabama when discussing holding an offer from the Crimson Tide.

The Buford product previously expressed his thoughts on the Tide’s new head coach Kalen DeBoer.

“Their head coach just went to the championship, so he knows what he doing,” said Perry-Wright.

Buford reaped the benefits of Perry-Wright being a dominant defensive lineman as a sophomore. He displayed explosive power and strength while working in the trenches during the 2023 football season at 6-foot-3 and approximately 240 pounds.
