Donovan Murph earned an offer from Alabama football Monday while visiting the Crimson Tide.

Murph attends Irmo High School in South Carolina, and he is a rising 2026 prospect. He holds 17 college football offers, including offers from Miami, Indiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Georgia Tech and others.
Alabama wide receiver coach JaMarcus Shephard informed Murph of his offer from the Crimson Tide.
“I found out through Coach Shephard, and it was a blessing to just to hear him offer me, and I can’t wait to continue to build that relationship,” Murph told Touchdown Alabama.
Alabama can make a case for wide receiver U due to its recent success at developing the position. It is something Murph feels stands out about the program.
“I feel Alabama is a great program for wide receivers and the blueprint is already set and that all it takes is for you to trust God and keep grinding, and you will achieve your goals at Alabama,” Murphy said.
Murphy’s visit included getting up-close look at the new Tide staff and their first spring practice in Tuscaloosa.
“The new staff is great,” said Murph. “I can definitely see why they were so successful in Washington. They bring a different type of intensity. Practice was smooth and efficient, and I can definitely see the detail in everything they do. Everything that I saw was done with a purpose. I will definitely be back soon to experience more of the campus.”
At 6-foot-3 and 180 pounds, Murph is a bigger wide receiver, who can get open with his ability to change tempo and make cuts when running routes. He also can rise up and go get the football.
