Kane Wommack, the Crimson Tide’s defensive coordinator, has been mic’d up at spring practice. The 36-year-old is coaching up defensive players, providing excellent energy, and driving home his message of “Swarm Defense” to every position group.

Crimson Tide players are enjoying the transition to Wommack and look forward to what he does for the rest of the spring.
