Luke Metz announced a commitment to Alabama football Sunday via social media.
Metz becomes the Crimson Tide’s eighth 2025 commit. He is the sixth prospect to commit Kalen DeBoer and the new Alabama staff.
The Georgia product chose Alabama over LSU, Oklahoma and others.
Metz is a 6-foot-3 linebacker, who is effective at reading and attacking as he sifts through traffic and meets ball carriers in the hole. The 2025 prospect appears to play with his hair on fire. Metz feels his athleticism and his physicality are just a few of the strong points of his game.
