Former Alabama football players react to Crimson Tide men’s basketball in Final Four

Alabama men’s head basketball coach Nate Oats made history over the weekend.

He guided the Crimson Tide to its first-ever Final Four appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

Alabama advanced from the Elite Eight as champions of the West Region last week in a 89-82 victory over Clemson.

Oats and the program is closing in on an opportunity to win its first NCAA Tournament Championship. Alumni members of the football program expressed pure excitement on social media for the basketball team. Coach Oats and company embodied the “LANK” or Let All Naysayers Know mantra of the football team. Alabama had its football program win a Southeastern Conference Championship and make the College Football Playoff in 2023. Now, its basketball program is in the Final Four of the big dance.
