Is a return to an old school look in the cards for an AFC West team in the National Football League?
A cool commercial landed on social media Monday about the Denver Broncos. Patrick Surtain II, who enters his fourth season as a cornerback, was featured. Surtain, a University of Alabama alumnus, was taken in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

He has become one of the best defenders in the league as a two-time Pro Bowl selection and first-team All-Pro in 2022.
In the commercial, Surtain drives up to this store that has a western cowboy feel to it.
He walks over and picks up an old school Broncos jersey and tells the sales assistant he likes it. The assistant gives Surtain a Broncos helmet to match the jersey with his name on it, and old clips of Denver’s dominance appear on the screen.

The Broncos had John Elway as a two-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback in those old jersey. Denver would love to recapture the magic in the uniforms with Surtain. He made first-team All-SEC, won SEC Defensive Player of the Year, and captured Unanimous All-American honors in 2020. Surtain has 187 tackles, 36 pass breakups, and seven interceptions in three years in Denver.
