Alabama running back Jase McClellan is officially off the board on day three of the 2024 NFL Draft as he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the sixth round.
During his time with the Crimson Tide, McClellan was a productive member of the backfield across his four years playing with the team. He was Alabama’s leading rusher this past season with 890 yards on 180 carries with eight rushing touchdowns while also catching 15 passes for 137 yards.
McClellan also battled a foot injury throughout the 2023 season which caused him to miss the SEC Championship Game against Georgia to return for the College Football Playoff Semi-final against Michigan where he rushed for 87 yards on 14 carries with two touchdowns.
