The Nick Saban era was masterful for 17 years at the University of Alabama, but Kalen DeBoer has something in store.
Some feel the Crimson Tide will fall off with Saban gone; however, others believe DeBoer has big things cooking.
Jalen Milroe cannot contain his excitement for what his coach has prepared. The junior quarterback knows he is in for an epic season in the fall that could result in him being a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Milroe, a native of Katy, Texas, spoke about his confidence and potential in DeBoer’s offense during an interview on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast this week.

Milroe said he can do whatever he wants in the offense.
“Whether it’s running or throwing, I can do whatever I want in this offense,” he said.
“If I choose to run it the whole game, I can run it the whole game. If I choose to throw this game, I can throw this game. I am just confident in our coaching staff, confident in what they see in the future as far as our offense.”
Milroe made a lot of growth in spring practice with his progressions and decision-making.
He had several passes dropped on A-Day, which explains why he was visibly frustrated, but he made leaps and bounds of improvement as a passer. If he is able to control the offense the way he wants to, Milroe and the Tide will be beyond explosive in the upcoming fall. Milroe has every individual award he wants to win front of him, but now it is time for him to dominate.
