Peyton Woodyard is expected to transfer to Oregon, per multiple reports.
Woodyard is a former four-star defensive back and a product of St. John Bosco High School in California.
The California native signed with the Crimson Tide as part of their 2024 recruiting class. He participated in spring practice with the Tide and Rose Bowl prep when he enrolled early.
Alabama lost two defensive backs to the portal during its spring window with Woodyard and Tony Mitchell deciding to enter the portal.
The Tide’s staff is now actively recruiting defensive backs in the portal to add depth and talent to their secondary.
