Georgia freshman Edge LaDamion Guyton thinks highly of the Alabama football program

LaDamion Guyton recently reported an offer offer from Alabama.

Guyton attends Savannah Christian Preparatory School in Georgia. He is only a freshman, but he holds previous offers from Georgia, Florida State, Tennessee and others. The 2027 prospect is more than grateful to hold an offer from Alabama.

“It means the world to me to have a chance to play for a program like Alabama, something I never thought I would be able to say for any program,” Guyton told Touchdown Alabama. “I think high of the program, always have gone deep in the playoffs in recent years.”

The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder appears to be a high-motor edge defender, who is comfortable rushing from a three-point stance and from a standing position. He explodes out of his stance and gets after the football with great closing speed. The freshman is super effective in space with his tendency to break down and make tackles on talented ball carriers.

“I think I have pretty solid power moves, just working on my bend to increase my chance of getting to the quarterback,” said Guyton.
