National media pundit has Alabama losing to Tennessee by double digits this season

John David Mercer - USA Today Sports

The naysayers for Alabama football are at it again.

Kalen DeBoer has joined the “Let All Naysayers Know” or LANK mindset as Alabama’s head coach.

He has his first naysayer to LANK on Saturday, Oct. 19 at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn. Clay Travis, a media personality for Outkick.com, is a huge Tennessee sports fan in Nashville. He appeared on The Next Round Show on Tuesday via WJOX 94.5 FM in Birmingham, Ala., giving his thoughts on the “Third Saturday in October” rivalry for the upcoming football season.

Travis has the Tennessee Volunteers beating Alabama by double digits in Knoxville. Travis is wagering a nice steak dinner with Jim Dunaway, who is taking Alabama to beat Tennessee by at least two points. The betting line on the matchup is Alabama -2.

Alabama defeated Tennessee, 34-20, last season at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The Crimson Tide returns to Neyland where is suffered a tough 49-52 loss to the Volunteers in 2022. Bryce Young did everything he could to deliver Alabama to a win, but Hendon Hooker, Jaylin Hyatt, and the Vols were too much for the Tide’s defense.

We will see how Jalen Milroe handles the crowd on the road in the fall.
