Helton is a 2026 four-star offensive lineman out of Carrollton High School in Georgia. He is a former Alabama commit, who backed off his decision in March.
The 6-foot-3, 325-pounder is a versatile prospect in the trenches, who has the ability to be a guard or center at the next level. He is athletic for his size and appears to have a huge upside as a talented prospect in the future.
