Ty Haywood is set to officially visit Alabama football this weekend, and he is en route to Tuscaloosa, according to his latest Twitter post.

Haywood is one of the nation’s top 2025 offensive tackle prospects, and his film speaks for itself. Alabama, Florida State, Oklahoma and TCU are among the schools in the mix for the Texas product. The Crimson Tide will get the first swing at getting the five-star on campus for an official visit this weekend.
Alabama is currently do not have a 2025 offensive lineman commit. This has the potential to change over the next few weeks with multiple top offensive linemen recruits expected in Tuscaloosa.
Haywood is a massive offensive tackle for Ryan High School (TX) at 6-foot-6 and 295 pounds. His strength and size allow him to physically dominate most high school defensive linemen. He seems to have a great understanding of a wide variety of blocking assignments. He has shown the ability to be effective in pass protection, zone blocking and combo blocking. He also appears comfortable blocking in space with his ability to get to the second level.
