Will Amari Cooper get a new contract extension to remain with the Cleveland Browns?
The organization is having a difficult time coming together with the Pro Bowl wide receiver on the security and length of a contract extension. Brad Stainbrook, an insider and reporter for the Browns, reported the story on Monday. Cooper is coming off his best season in the National Football League — yards wise — as he totaled 1,250 on 72 catches with five touchdowns in 2023.

A former Alabama football standout, the 30-year-old is still one of the best playmakers in the sport.

He accomplished a lot for the Crimson Tide and has done well in the pros. Cooper was absent at times during Browns’ mandatory minicamp, but the hope is that both parties can agree on a deal soon.
