The University of Alabama football program is serious about winning a national championship in the fall.

Alabama did not have the closeness it needed in 2022, but last year’s team won a Southeastern Conference Championship and made the College Football Playoff. Kalen DeBoer, the Crimson Tide’s head coach, is about having a family vibe on the team.

Team bonding for the Tide has been stronger this offseason than what it has been in a while. Student-athletes for Alabama bonded in a Juneteenth kickball tournament. Each Tide player that participated wore a Juneteenth shirt.

Alabama has an energy on this team that wants a national title.
