Emmanuel Henderson Jr., a wide receiver, officially announced via X that he switched from No. 24 to No. 3 — representing his third season for the Crimson Tide. He came as an electric, four-star prospect in the 2022 signing class. Madhouse Training, a training facility in Montgomery, Ala., shared linebacker Qua Russaw’s new number on social media. The former five-star from the Tide’s 2023 class, has transitioned from No. 49 to No. 4. He is expected to be a marquee impact player at the “wolf” position.

Kadyn Proctor returned to Alabama after a brief stint at Iowa. He maintains No. 74 and is excited to get back to work on the offensive line. Proctor, a former five-star in the 2023 class, made the Freshman All-SEC Team last season.

All three players should be highly productive this year.
