How impactful can Alabama football’s freshmen class be for the upcoming season?
Pro Football Focus, a website that dives into the analytics of college football and the National Football League, had a few University of Alabama recruits from its recent signing class on its top 10 at different positions for this season.

Ryan Williams, a five-star, made the list at wide receiver. Kevin Riley, a four-star, made the cut for running backs. The Crimson Tide had a freshman on the top 10 list for offensive linemen and tight ends. PFF had Casey Poe on its list of linemen and Caleb Odom for tight ends. Poe arrived as one of the best linemen in the class, while Odom is a five-star that moved from tight end to wide receiver. Odom, a native Georgian, should earned several reps in the fall with his potential. Alabama potentially has a very good starting offensive line, but Poe could create some headway in the rotation. The Tide finished with the No. 2 class nationally.
