He totaled 2,834 passing yards and 35 touchdowns last season, en route to leading the Crimson Tide to a Southeastern Conference Championship and a berth in the Rose Bowl for the College Football Playoff. Milroe was in the Heisman Trophy conversation in 2023, but the native Texan could win the honor in the fall with a marquee season.
The 6-foot-2, 220-pounder gleaned wisdom Friday from NFL coaching legend, Bill Belichick, at the event.
Belichick, a six-time Super Bowl Champion with the New England Patriots, had fun talking to Milroe and watching him throw passes. Matt Patricia, a three-time Super Bowl Champion for the Patriots, was with Belichick observing Milroe.
