Florida 4-Star DB building personal connection with Alabama staff

Kaiden Hall feels like his relationship with Alabama is growing at a great pace.

Hall is a 2026 four-star defensive back out of Milton High School in Florida. He holds more than 15 offers, including offers from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan and others.

The Crimson Tide offered Hall in March and have been building a ‘personal’ connection with the Florida product with their Co-DC and defensive backs coach, Colin Hitschler, leading the way.

“It’s been really personal,” Hall told Touchdown Alabama. “It is a great coaching staff. Coach Hitschler, that’s really like my favorite coach right now. So, very personal.”

Hall was visiting Tuscaloosa when he earned his offer.

“Just how nice the campus was, how great the people, the staff on the team are, then just academics,” Hall said when asked what stood out about his visit. “When I went on a spring visit, I got to see all the academic points. It was really great to see.”

The sophomore is a 6-foot-3 defensive back, who makes plays at wide receiver and safety for Milton. One can tell his experience playing on both sides of the football has helped him develop good ball skills. As a safety, he takes great angles to the football and appears to diagnose plays really well.

Hitschler has discussed with Hall the way the Tide would use him if he chose Alabama.

“I think it can really grow me, being able to move around the field,” said Hall. Coach Hitschler said he is going to get me to move around from being in the box to up high, doing both things. I think moving around would get me better.”

Alabama, Florida, Florida State and Oklahoma are July visits Hall is considering.
