Jackson Cantwell released his early favorites on Thursday.
Cantwell attends Nixa High School in Missouri, and he is already considered one of the nation’s top 2026 offensive tackles. He is in the running to be a consensus five-star recruit in the future.
Alabama joined Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon and others in Cantwell’s top 14.
The Crimson Tide re-offered Cantwell in March, and he expressed confidence in the Tide’s new staff.
“I think that coach Kap will be a very good coach within the offensive line room, and I think that coach DeBoer is a proven winner that can get it done at any level and seems to be a good guy as well and have the best interest in mind for his players.”
The massive 6-foot-7 offensive lineman is agile and explosive as a tackle.
