Elite Louisiana 4-Star safety returning to Alabama this weekend

Blaine Badford confirmed with Touchdown Alabama he plans to return to visit Alabama this weekend.

Bradford is a four-star defensive back out of Catholic High in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He currently garners a four-star rating and is one of the nation’s top 2026 safety prospects.

The four-star prospect has previously stated he is high on Alabama.

“They stand high in my recruitment right now, probably top five easy,” Bradford told Touchdown Alabama. “I love the coaches over there. I love the environment. I love the players.”

Alabama hosted Bradford for a visit and offered him last month. The visit was a good one, per Bradford.

“It was good,” said Bradford. “I watched practice, very organized, very player ran. They got a chip on their shoulder for sure. I am looking to go back for a game.”

The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder, has the frame and strength of a future linebacker, and he plays strong at the point of attack with his ability to stack and shed. He has the potential to make plays from different positions within the secondary on the next level as he can be effective playing in the box and close to the line of scrimmage.
