Alabama beating out SEC teams by more than $200 million in current NFL earnings

Former Alabama football players are getting paid in the NFL.

ESPN 104.5 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana released a graphic Thursday of the current NFL earnings for SEC schools as of summer 2024 and revealed the Crimson Tide have generated a gap from the competition. Former Alabama players are currently making $539 million with LSU being the next school with more than $200 million less at $335 million, per the graphic.

Several former Tide players recently signed extensions including Tua Tagovailoa, Jaylen Waddle and DeVonta Smith.
