Alabama commits who will benefit from strong senior seasons

A group of Alabama football 2025 commits will greatly benefit from strong senior seasons.

Here is a look at Tide pledges, who recruiting ratings will rise by making a statement this high school football season:

Keelon Russell

Russell will be chasing rare air as he is on par to be a consensus five-star recruit. A strong senior season will put him in the conversation to be the nation’s No. 1 2025 quarterback prospect. Playing in one of the toughest divisions in high school football will put eyes on the future Alabama quarterback every week as he looks to lead Duncanville to another state championship. He has weapons at his disposal including elite five-star wide receiver and Oregon commit, Dakorien Moore

Anthony Rogers

Rogers is Alabama football’s longest-standing commit, and he may have gotten lost in the shuffle at IMG Academy while he shared the backfield with older backs.

The Alabama commit returns to Alabama as he is expected to be the lead back for Carver High School in Montgomery. Rogers has the potential to put up big numbers for Carver High School in the run and pass game. He will have a chance to prove he is one of the most versatile backs in the country.

Carver flashed Rogers versatility when he pulled in two receptions for 128 yards in its spring game. Look for Rogers to be mentioned within the top five backs in the country with a strong senior season.

Lotzeir Brooks

Brooks is one of the most electrifying players in high school football, getting up to 22.1 mph in a game last season.

His speed is what immediately catches the eye when taking a look at the New Jersey product’s film, but his completeness steals the show as his film progresses. He can go up and get the football, display impressive change of direction ability and is under control when running his routes.

The Alabama commit will go down as one of the best high school football players in New Jersey history as he already holds the state record for career receiving yards and touchdowns. He also tied the song-season receiving touchdown record with 22 as a junior. Some recruiting sites still have him rated as a three-star, but this should not be by the end of the season.

Luke Metz

Metz will anchor a Mill Creek defense in a tough classification on the state of Georgia.

The Hawks’ senior linebacker is a physical linebacker, who shines with his ability to diagnose a play and get to the football with a good feel for the middle linebacker position. He is also comfortable dropping back in coverage, showing he is ready to fill the role of a new-age linebacker.

The three-star rating he has on some recruiting sites will most likely not stand for long.
