Alabama football is represented on another preseason All-America team from a publication.
The Associated Press had three Crimson Tide players named to its Monday list, including two transfers.
Parker Brailsford (center) and Graham Nicholson (kicker) were first-team selections. Brailsford, a transfer from Washington, anchored the Huskies’ offensive line to the Joe Moore Award in 2023.
He also helped Washington win a Pac-12 Championship and secure a berth in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
The 6-foot-2 lineman added healthy weight and muscle to his frame in the offseason, going from 275 to 290 pounds. He is excited to captain the Tide’s offensive unit to success.

Nicholson, a transfer from the University of Miami at Ohio, won the Lou Groza Award last season.
He earned Special Teams Player of the Year from the Mid-American Conference, Consensus All-American honors, and first-team All-MAC honors.
Nicholson set an NCAA record with 25 straight made field goals in 2023.
He made 25 of 27 field goals attempts and 35 of 37 PAT attempts. Tyler Booker, a junior offensive lineman, got second-team recognition from the AP. He is one of the best linemen returning to college football and is a leader on offense.
Booker looks forward to setting the tone in pass protection and run blocking for Alabama this season.
