Nick Saban’s mother’s obituary was published on the Tuscaloosa News website Thursday, honoring the life of Mary Saban Pasko.
Ruth Mary Saban Pasko passed away at the age of 92.
According to the obituary, Saban’s mother was born on July 29, 1932 in Michigan, but spent most of her life in the small town of Farmington, West Virginia. Besides being an avid sports fan, Mary was a skilled seamstress, making many of her grandchildren’s clothes as well as her wedding gown.
Nick Saban’s daughter Kristen honored her grandma by posting a picture to her Instagram story.
