Alabama football’s defensive back, Keon Sabb was named the SEC Defensive Player of the Week Monday following the Tide’s win over Western Kentucky.
Sabb had two interceptions in his Alabama debut and added two tackles.
The New Jersey product transferred from Michigan to Alabama after the 2023 football season. He has earned a starting role on Alabama’s defense and is expected to be a major part of the Tide’s defensive attack this season.
