Alabama offers rising Georgia DL Christian Ingram

Alabama has extended an offer to Christian Ingram as his recruitment continues to surge.

Ingram attends Newton High School in Covington, Georgia.

The senior and 2025 defensive lineman prospect has picked up recent offers from Alabama, Georgia and Vanderbilt.

Ingram feels his offer from Tide is meaningful because of their tradition of producing talent.

“It means a lot to me knowing the legacy the Tide has, and the amount of talent they produce,” Ingram told Touchdown Alabama. “I am very excited to know they think I have the talent to compete.”

The Georgia product plans to visit Alabama on Sept. 28 when they take on the Bulldogs. He will come into the visit respecting what Alabama brings to the table as a football team.

“I think there definitely still a powerhouse with a lot of potential to win the natty this season with the experience of the coaches and just the overall talent,” Ingram said.

The 6-foot-6, 280-pounder is disruptive in the middle of the Newton defense. He packs power in pursuit of the football as he displays the ability to get rid of offensive lineman and get to ball carriers.
