Alabama fans held their breath on Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium last week versus South Florida.

An arm injury happened to Cole Adams, a redshirt freshman wide receiver, against the Bulls.
The incident looked gruesome at first glance, especially with how long he stayed down on the field. Adams would helped to his feet by the Crimson Tide’s medical staff and into the medical tent. The Oklahoma native is ‘doubtful’ for Saturday’s matchup against Wisconsin, per Kalen DeBoer.
“He will probably be doubtful for this game, as we just go through the week and the reps guys are taking,” DeBoer said Wednesday in the SEC teleconference. “More than likely, he’ll be doubtful there. It is not an injury to where — I think, he dodged a lot of bullets with just how quickly he’s gonna be coming back. That was great news for out program here the last couple days, just with further assessments and the process he’s going through to get back on the football field.”
Adams does not have a season-ending injury, and that is a good thing.
The former four-star caught one pass for five yards against South Florida.
