Nick Saban was welcomed back to Tuscaloosa, this time as a member of ESPN’s College Gameday crew as it hosted its weekly show on the campus of the University of Alabama ahead of the Crimson Tide’s matchup with Georgia.
The panel wasted no time as it allowed Saban to take in the moment from his new perspective as a member of the media with the crowd erupting as he turned.

Of course, Saban hasn’t gone far from the program after handing things over to Kalen DeBoer. Saban still serves as an advisor to the football team along with his new responsibilities on ESPN.
Alabama is set to kickoff against Georgia at 6:30 p.m. on ABC.
