Alabama football is facing Vanderbilt and Diego Pavia this weekend after the signal caller and the Commodores almost upset Missouri in overtime a few weeks ago.
Pavia has thrown for 721 yards and six touchdowns through four games this season. He remains optimistic about his squad ahead of their game against No. 1 Alabama.
“This is a whole new team,” Pavia said. “We have a team full of dogs, who prepare every week like they want to play on Sundays. With that, the only person that knows who’s going to win on Saturday is God. We’ll be prepared. We’re going to do everything we can to win a football game. We fell just short to the No. 7 team in the nation. We have to get over that little edge and start punching some wins here.”
The Tide and the Commodores will clash Saturday.
