Kalen DeBoer and Alabama are ready to move forward after last week, but some are providing final analysis of the shocking defeat it suffered at the hands of Vanderbilt.
After the initial disappointment, former Crimson Tide players have come to the conclusion that the Commodores were just better and came more prepared to play. Greg McElroy, a former Alabama quarterback, said Sunday on his Always College Football podcast he wants this narrative of the Tide looking ‘hungover’ after its huge win over Georgia to stop. He said he turned on the tape to see a Tide team looked hunger over, but what he saw was that Vanderbilt dominated Alabama from start to finish.
