Alabama did not have an explosive wide receiver last week against Vanderbilt.
Kendrick Law, a junior from Louisiana, started last week as ‘questionable’ but he was downgraded to ‘out’ in the Crimson Tide’s stunning loss to the Commodores. He has two catches for 41 yards and a touchdown in four games.

Law’s first touchdown of the season came in the Tide’s first matchup versus Western Kentucky. The 5-foot-11, 209-pounder is a significant weapon in this offense that needs to get the ball more, but will Alabama get him back for South Carolina?
Kalen DeBoer updated the former four-star in Wednesday’s SEC Coaches Teleconference.
He said Law is ‘going through workouts’ and ‘is on track’ to playing Saturday. DeBoer mentioned that Law is ‘progressing’ and ‘doing a good job,’ but he is not ready to declare Law as full go. We will see if Law goes this week, but he should be ready.
