Alabama fans are trying to put the Tennessee loss out of their minds to focus on Missouri.
This week’s matchup is a must win for the Crimson Tide to remain in the College Football Playoff conversation.

Nick Sheridan, Alabama’s offensive coordinator, spoke to reporters on Monday for his media availability.
The offensive play-calling has been inconsistent at best since the first half against Georgia. We have not seen effective balance in the run game, the Tide has been force feeding the ball to Ryan Williams, and Jalen Milroe is having problems. A very weird moment happened in Alabama’s 17-24 loss to the Volunteers on a quarterback sneak. Williams and Germie Bernard were seen imitating ‘jump shots’ on the field. Crimson Tide fans wondered what was the point of that and was it actually part of the play call.
Sheridan’s answer to the question about the situation was even weirder.
“There is nothing on the field that we are not coaching,” he said Monday. “That is how I will answer that.”
So, this is what is being coached?
Alabama is practicing jump shots for basketball during a crucial moment in a football rivalry matchup versus Tennessee.
It does not make any sense, but it was Sheridan’s answer to the media. The Tide has not been electric on offense since the first half versus Georgia and some are beginning to think the win over the Bulldogs was a fluke.
Alabama needs to get its act together quickly against the Tigers.
